Grafton, MA – Follete Raw Water Transmission Main and Sewer Force Main

The project work involves the construction and installation of approximately 4,200 linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron raw water transmission main and 1,200 linear feet of 4-inch HDPE sewer force main. The project work includes, but is not limited to, the installation of hydrants, valves, fittings, connection to existing water mains, associated earthwork, paving, and restoration. The installation of 1,300 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron finished water main will be bid as an alternate to the project. The time for substantial completion of the water main work is 120 calendar days and for final completion within 150 calendar days. The time for substantial completion of paving after one winter season is 60 calendar days and final completion within 90 calendar days
