The City of Davenport, Iowa is accepting proposals from qualified licensed asbestos abatement contractors who employ licensed asbestos abatement workers and supervisors. Occasionally, the City requires the need for asbestos abatement or asbestos encapsulation services at various properties within Davenport. This service contract is anticipated to be for three years, starting with the month of contract award.
Proposals must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Request for Proposals must be reviewed and responded to accordingly. |
