REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR

PHASE 2 ENGINEERING – 26 TH STREET MULTI-USE PATH

(NORWOOD BLVD. TO ALLEGHENY STREET)

The Village of Park Forest is requesting a Statement of Qualifications from Professional Engineering firms for Phase II Engineering and Right-of-Way Acquisition Services, with the option of negotiating a contract for Phase III Construction Engineering, for the multi-use path project utilizing CMAQ funding. The firms must be familiar with, but not limited to the planning, surveying, and designing of multi-use path projects, as well as the applicable/respective Phase paperwork and procurement requirements and procedures of the State of Illinois (through the Illinois Dept. of Transportation - IDOT) and the United States Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). Firms must also be familiar with the Federal/State land acquisition process.

Submittal Due Date: Prior to 4:00 p.m., Friday, January 23, 2026.
