The City of University City is accepting proposals from qualified firms and individuals to provide FMA Grant

Project Management Services for a Flood Buyout FMA Grant project to be completed on municipality property.

This project will be partially funded through a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) grant and is

subject to requirements established by the Missouri State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA). The

purpose of this hazard mitigation is to reduce or eliminate long-term risk to people and property from hazards

in the City of University City, decrease the impact of future disasters and increase the City of University City’s

economic resistance to disasters.
