Panoramic X-Ray MachineNGKY intends to award a brand name, firm fixed price contract to a responsible offeror whose quote meets or exceeds our requirements under the authority of FAR part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Any quote that does not meet specifications will not be considered for award. We intend to evaluate offers and award thecontract without discussions.The solicitation number is W912KZ25QA016 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-05.
