Project Description: Richland Township is seeking bids for a recreational improvements project at Robert Keller Park. The base bid includes work for the demolition and replacement of 8 pickleball courts, along with new fencing and court lighting installation. It also includes the replacement of a softball backstop and basketball nets. It includes accessibility improvements. The alternate bid for the project also involves resurfacing 2 basketball courts, installation of new bleachers, and installation of miscellaneous fixtures and landscaping. The proposed improvements are to be installed in accordance with the plans as prepared by Gilmore & Associates, Inc.
