East Brandywine Township- Groundwater Monitoring Well Sampling

Project Description: Sealed bids will be received electronically through PennBid, a secure internet-based bid procurement management system, by the East Brandywine Township Municipal Authority (EBTMA) for Groundwater Monitoring Well Sampling until 2:00 PM on December 3rd 2025, with all questions sent in by November 26th, at which time they will be opened and read at the office of the Authority's Engineer located at 1691 Horseshoe Pike, Glenmoore, PA 19343. No late bids will be reviewed or accepted.

EBTMA reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the bid deemed to be most favorable to the Authority. No bidders may withdraw the bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening.
A contract may be awarded to the Bidder submitting the most responsible and responsive bid. Cost, while being a significant factor in the selection process, will not necessarily be used as the sole criteria in selection of a contractor.
