RFQ #25/26-04
The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority’s (RTAA) Contracts & Procurement Department, in accordance
with the provisions of NRS Chapter 332, has issued this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) with the
sole purpose and intent of obtaining sealed Submittals from qualified artists or teams
(Respondents) to provide permanent artwork for the RTAA’s Headquarters Building terrazzo floor
and concrete entryway plaza.
All sealed Submittals for RFQ #25/26-04 Permanent Public Art at Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority
Headquarters Building – Terrazzo Floor & Entryway Plaza shall be opened at 2:00 PM [PST],
Wednesday, December 17, 2025.
Solicitation documents and addenda are available online at the Nevada Government
eMarketplace (NGEM) website: https://nevada.ionwave.net/. Prospective Respondents must
register with the NGEM Supplier System and keep their contact information updated to
continue to receive RFQ solicitations and notifications. Supplier Registration profiles will be
shared with all participating government entities.
