Sealed Tenders will be received by the Rural Municipality of Morris No. 312 until 11:00 A.M., Local Time Thursday, December 19th, 2024 for a total of 5.6 kilometers of Clay Capping on "TWP Road 310 - Boundary Road" from the railway tracks west for 5.6 km. (SW 3-31-25 W2 to SW 6-31-25 W2)

Tenders are to be received at the office of the Rural Municipality of Morris No. 312 located in Young, Sk, prior to 11:00 A.M. Local Time, Thursday December 19th, 2024.

Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or alternatively, a bid bond in the amount of not less that "10% of the Tender amount".

The Rural Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
