Project Description: Online sealed bids will be received by the Bucks County Water & Sewer Authority via the Pennbid Program until 11:00 A.M., prevailing time on the 12th day of December, 2025, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read for the following:
TANK CLEANING AND DISPOSAL SERVICES

Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or a Bid Bond payable to Bucks County Water & Sewer Authority, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price.
Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
The Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
