The City of Quincy, Massachusetts, on behalf of the South Coastal Career Development Administration (SCCDA), is seeking proposals for the purpose of selecting an independent contractor with the capacity and expertise to provide IT support services to the MassHire South Shore Workforce Development Board (Board), the South Coastal Career Development Administration (SCCDA), and the MassHire South Shore Career Center (Career Center). The contractor shall maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations. The contractor shall diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other system problems, and replace defective components when necessary. The contractor shall provide managed services for 3 physical servers and 3 virtual servers. The contractor shall provide managed services for approximately 100 workstations and laptops running Windows.
