Description

This solicitation is to acquire a Fortify on Demand subscription license for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Fortify on Demand is a vulnerability scanning platform that is used as a part of FDIC's Application Security Program.



The FDIC formally invites you to submit a quote for Request for Quotation (RFQ) CORHQ-25-Q-0294 FDIC’s Fortify on Demand Subscription Licenses Requirement. We request offerors to utilize the Price Schedule to fill in your pricing for all line items needed. Please provide your most favorable discount to the Government. Any Terms and Conditions, End User License Agreement (EULA), or Master Service Agreement (MSA) must be sent with your quote to be incorporated in the subsequent contract award. The FDIC prefers Government-approved terms. See Attachment M-1 for Evaluation criteria.



Each submission should include the following components (preferably separated):




  1. Price Schedule or Quote (REQUIRED)

  2. Section K of the RFQ – Representation and Certifications (REQUIRED)

  3. Reseller/Partner Agreement or Certificate (REQUIRED)

  4. EULA, MSA, or Warranty Terms – Any terms and conditions (If Applicable)



Questions are due by 12:00PM ET on July 24, 2025. Quotes are due by 12:00PM ET on August 25, 2025.
