Project Description: CWU – Lock Haven invites HVAC and Electrical Contractors to download documents for this project.
Work included under this Project consists of Mechanical and Electrical Demolition of existing roof-mounted chiller, dunnage, chilled water piping, pumps, heat exchanger and electrical as required. Provide air-cooled pad-mounted scroll chiller including piping, supports, insulation, chiller, support pad, and equipment enclosure, chilled water buffer tank including pad support and tank insulation chiller water pumps, hydronic specialties, pads, insulation enclosures, and variable frequency drives, modifications to BAS for new chiller plant and testing, adjusting and balancing.
Work for the Project shall be accomplished by Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the Mechanical Contractor. Specific instructions for coordination and responsibilities of the Lead Prime Contractor are contained in Section 0131000, Project Management and Coordination, and elsewhere throughout the Contract Documents.
A mandatory Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on November 20, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the Facilities Building Conference Room located in Lock Haven PA 17745.
Electronic Bids are due no later than 1:00 PM, EDT on December 17, 2025, through PennBid located at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/
