Overview

Summary

The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to provide the requested Lighting Console for the City of Pembroke Pines, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation.

The existing lighting console is nine years old and has reached its end of life. The manufacturer no longer provides software updates, which limit functionality, creates compatibility issues with newer systems, and increases the risk of failures and security vulnerabilities. Replacement is necessary to ensure continued reliability, supportability, and operational efficiency.
