CP 25-03 EMS Building Sewer Improvements
General Notice
Clear Creek County (County) is seeking proposals through a Request for Proposal (RFP) from highly qualified and licensed firms to provide all permits, insurance, manpower, material and supervision to design and construct a sewer line replacement for Clear Creek County Emergency Management Services (EMS) Building. Project location is 3400 Stanley Road, Dumont, CO 80436.
The scope of services includes, but is not limited to abandoning in-place existing building gravity sewer line, and installation of replacement gravity sewer line connecting to the existing onsite County-owned grinder pump.
