Description:

Separate sealed Bids for the construction of new elevated reinforced concrete floor slab including the temporary removal, resetting, supporting, and permanent demolition of utilities in the basement supported by the existing floor slab. Construction shall also include the demolition and construction of an interior concrete masonry wall, select replacement of ventilation ductwork and insulation. The Work will require the construction of a temporary solids conveyance system to maintain facility operations for the duration of construction will be received by The City of Concord Purchasing Division at the office of Combined Operations & Maintenance Facility 311 North State Street, Concord, New Hampshire 03301.
