Monroe Ave. Water Main Replacement and Street Reconstruction Design and Bid Period Services

The City of Kirkwood is requesting sealed bids for Monroe Ave. Water Main Replacement and Street Reconstruction for the City's Water Department , in accordance with the specifications contained herein.

There will be a Pre-Bid meeting on August 26, 2026 at  9:00 AM in the lower level conference room at Kirkwood City Hall, at 139 S. Kirkwood Road. This is NOT mandatory.

Sealed bids, subject to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of this request, will be received electronically until 2:00 PM CT, September 1, 2026 . General information and instructions to respondents are contained herein.

No Faxed, Hand Delivered, Mailed, or Emailed Responses will be accepted. Any contact by Supplier in regards to this bid with City personnel other than those defined herein may be considered grounds for dismissal of Supplier’s bid.
