AI Strategic Partner for Design
Charter Oak State College seeks proposals from qualified providers to serve as a strategic partner in designing, implementing, and scaling enterprise-level Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions across academic, administrative, and learner engagement functions. Over a three- to five-year period, the selected partner will help deliver 2–3 high-impact use cases annually, ensuring solutions meet strict technical, data privacy, security, and accessibility standards. Preference will be given to organizations with proven success in higher education and private sector AI integration, end-to-end service capabilities, and a track record of driving measurable institutional outcomes.
