Project Description: American Fork City Public Works Engineering Division (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering firms (“Proposer”) to provide full-service design and construction management for a new storm drain system.
Primary Route: Begins at an existing 54-inch pipe near 820 East and 1300 South, extending east to 860 East, then south along 860 East, and west on 1500 South. Approximately 3,300 linear feet of 60-inch pipeline. The system will connect through ROA off-road property to discharge into an existing drain west of UDOT property at 2995 W 600 N, Lindon, UT 84042. As part of the improvements, this existing culvert will be replaced with a new 60-inch by 60-inch box culvert.
Secondary Route: Starts at an existing 18-inch pipe on the south side of parcel 47:286:0004, connects to the culvert across 1500 South, and discharges to the same outfall. Installation of approximately 700 linear feet of 18-inch pipeline. The project area features high groundwater levels, flat topography, and potential wetland conditions. A site map is included at the end of the RFP document.
The selected Proposer is responsible for delivering a complete, permit-ready design package.
