This is an announcement of an upcoming contracting opportunity, and synopsis of the required project details. An official solicitation will be published on, or around 10/24/2025 - 10/27/2025, under the same notice ID as this announcement(SP4703206Q0002). There will be a site visit for interested parties; date/time, with complete instructions for parties interested in attending. Interested parties will have at least two weeks notice for the scheduled site visit, in order to schedule and plan accordingly. The full solicitation will remain open for submission of quotes for at least thirty(30) days. The current Statement of Work(SOW) is attached to this announcement, however, it may be subject to future updates based on questions from interested parties received prior to the deadline for questions. The deadline for questions is typically the end of the same week the site visit is held.
