This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912TF25QA009 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334510 Other Engine Equipment Manufacturing, a small business size standard of 1250 EMP. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 05 May 2025, 4:00PM. Eastern Time. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be required to 1 Minuteman Way, Concord, NH 03301. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

The NH Army National Guard requires the following items:

CLIN 0001: Mobile Audiometry Headsets (QTY= 5 EA)

Must meet the following salient characteristics:

-Includes mobile audiometry headset, tablet with wifi/internet capabilities, calibration output check fixture, with USB chargers and cables, and quick start guide all bundled in a padded, durable, rugged, and protective case. Headset and tablet needs to maintain 8 full hours of charge. Mobile headset needs to have an accompanying tablet to operate the headset. Headset/tablet must be capable of doing multiple testing procedures including: Audiometric testing and hearing protector fit testing. High attenuation range should be 32-40 dB for octave bands ranging 250-8000 Hz. Hearing tests need to take less than 11 minutes and fit testing need to be less than 6 minutes.

CLIN 0002: Admin Tablet (QTY = 1 EA)

-Master tablet must be capable of collecting information for all tests run on the individual tablets from CLIN 0001.

Quotes must be valid for sixty (60) days.

Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. If the Government responses to technical questions affect any portion of the solicitation then an Amendment of Solicitation will be issued. The subject of your email must include your company's legal name, state the nature of your email and include the Solicitation Number W912TF25QA009. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov.

Registration must be "ACTIVE" at the time of award.
