Solicitation Summary
The Maryland Department of Health (MDH or the Department), through its sub-unit, the Behavioral Health Administration (BHA), is issuing this Request for Applications (RFA) to provide outreach to clinical programs that serve youth and young adults experiencing first episode psychosis, and to also more specifically focus training on Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) care and resources for outreach recipients.
