Project Description: The NJ Council of County Colleges Joint Purchasing Consortium (JPC) recognizes that the
traditional campus bookstore model is rapidly evolving. As part of this Request for Proposal
process, the JPC seeks to contract with suppliers for the provision of Bookstore Retail Solutions
