The Town of Stafford (“the Town”) is seeking proposals from Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) firms to provide technical services to facilitate town-wide assessments activities at eligible properties selected for assistance through the Stafford Brownfields Program. The Town has been awarded a $500,000 four-year (FY 2024 -2028) Brownfields Community-Wide Assessment Grant from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to assist public and private property owners with site assessment and redevelopment planning for contaminated properties.
