The State of Connecticut (“State”) Department of Administrative Services ("DAS") is issuing this Invitation to Bid (“ITB”) to solicit bids from qualified providers to provide some or all fuel types (87 octane, 10% ethanol blended gasoline; fuel oil #2 B10 .0015 ULS (home heating fuel - red dyed); and number 2 ultra-low sulfur (.0015) premium diesel fuel for all using State Agencies, Towns and Municipalities and Political Sub-Divisions of the State. ****All questions for the purpose of clarifying this Solicitation must be received no later than Thursday, May 8th, 2:00 PM ET and must be submitted in CTSource.
