Summary
The ADHS Bureau of Marijuana Licensing (BML) is responsible for issuing registry identification cards, including Medical Marijuana Registry Identification Cards to Qualifying Patients (QPs) or Designated Caregivers, as well as Dispensary and Laboratory Agents who meet the registry requirements under the AMMA. Additionally, BML issues Marijuana Facility Agent licenses under the SASAA to those who meet the qualifications for licensure.ADHS is issuing an RFP, the successful contractor will manage GIS mapping services to meet the needs of the BML, including mapping medical marijuana dispensary locations and applicant’s addresses for QP cultivation rights in correlation to the medical marijuana dispensaries. Other mapping services may be requested to help facilitate the allocation of new adult-use establishment licenses and medical marijuana dispensary registration certificates according to statutory requirements. |
