Pre-solicitation-U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District to have Mercury Marine Verado 250HP outboard motors, Mercury Marine Verado 250HP outboard motor (Counter Rotation), removal of the old motors, and installation of the new motors (on twin engine and single engine) and spare parts located at Dworshak Dam and Reservoir in Orofino, ID.
