Request for Quote:



Process Servers in support of the United States Attorney Office, Washington, DC (USAO-DC). This requirement is needed to effectively assist in the adjudication of the criminal and Civil Court proceedings and depositions.

On a monthly basis, the contractor will serve approximately 20 to 40 various trial and non-trial subpoenas, material witness warrants, judicial summons, writs of garnishments and executions, notices of depositions, debtor’s exams, complaints, or other documents as required, ensuring to effectuate the requested service on individuals, designated companies, organizations and entities.



Offerors must have the ability to serve legal documents within the local service area and all nationwide localities of the United States:



a. Local Service Area – Is defined as USAO-DC - 601 D Street, NW, Washington, DC 20530, being the focal (starting) point of distance and calculated out to a 50-mile circumference range in all geographical directions.



b. Nationwide Service – Is defined as all other localities and/or states outside of the previously mentioned focal point address and the 50-mile circumference range in all geographical directions.
