This is a Sources Sought notice to request information for Government planning purposes. Responses to this Sources Sought will assist Defense Health Agency (DHA) Healthcare Contracting Division – South (HCD-S) in planning its acquisition strategy.
This Sources Sought notice is NOT a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may submit the information listed below, which shall be considered by DHA for planning its acquisition strategy. The Government is seeking responses from businesses that are interested in this procurement and consider themselves to have the resources, rights, and capabilities necessary to provide these services. This Sources Sought does not constitute a solicitation. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses incurred associated with responding to this Sources Sought notice. The acquisition strategy will be made based on responses received to this Sources Sought Notice and will be made solely at the Government’s discretion.
Requirement:
The 96th Medical Group at Eglin Air Force Base (AFB) currently uses the Censis Tracking System (CensiTrac), a cloud-based platform that allows users to track government-owned surgical instruments and trays throughout the hospital system. This system requires a subscription that includes ongoing access to the CensiTrac system, software updates, data security patches, user licenses, and technical support for the Sterile Processing Department at Eglin AFB. Additionally, the subscription will require one week of on-site training annually. If you are able to provide the required CensiTrac subscription, please respond with the following:
