Consultant services will include an inventory, assessment, analysis, and recommendations for the Central Waterfront Boardwalk Reconstruction Feasibility Study, located at the Central Waterfront, Newburyport, MA. The consultant will supply all labor, materials, out-of-pocket expenses and travel necessary to complete the following Scope of Services, inclusive, for a lump sum not-to-exceed fee. The Consultant must be available to start work in the Spring of 2025 and complete work by October 15, 2025.
