Project Description: The County of Sutter, Office of Emergency Management (OEM), is looking for a qualified and experienced Consultant to develop a Multi-Jurisdictional Local Hazard Mitigation Plan in alignment with the goals and objectives of the 2021 multi-jurisdictional Local Hazard Mitigation Plan (hereafter “MJLHMP”). This plan shall be in accordance with FEMA’s 2023 Local Mitigation Planning Handbook, FEMA’s 2022 Local Mitigation Planning Policy Guide, and the 2023 California State Hazard Mitigation Plan.
