The United States Embassy in Mexico requires a vendor that can supply a New Indoor/Outdoor Portable Stage Modular Design (Weather Resistant) for official and representational events in Mexico City.



All responsible sources may submit a proposal as long as it complies with the RFQ requirements. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price Purchase Order.



All contractors are to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7 (https://www.sam.gov). The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: https://sam.gov/content/entity-landing



This opportunity allows for electronic responses (email to send proposals and questions is specified in the LTO document and in the SAM publication).



Please submit your quotation prior to the response date and time.
