ACEDP Grant No. 790-09259
Sealed bids from licensed contractors for construction of the Renovation for New Men’s Shelter in Truman, Arkansas, will be received by the Lance Powell, P.E., Civil Engineering Associates, LLC, 1500 East Washington Avenue, Suite C, Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401 until 2:00 p.m. (Local Time) Thursday, December 11, 2025 and then at said location opened and read aloud.
BIDDERS ARE ADVISED to pay close attention to the Instructions to Bidders for this project. The Instructions to Bidders details special provisions regarding the bid opening.
The scope of work consists of renovation of an existing pre-engineered metal building construction. The Instructions to Bidders, ACEDP grant requirements, Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be examined and obtained ($150 cost per set obtained) at Civil Engineering Associates, LLC, 1500 East Washington Avenue, Suite C, Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401 (870) 972-5316.
