Heartland Whole Health Institute is now accepting Requests for Information from implementation partners for a large-scale health care initiative designed to transform how chronic cardiometabolic diseases are prevented, managed, and reversed.
Organizations and vendors that offer the following services are encouraged to respond: smoking cessation programs, and peer-led interventions.
The RFI process opens November 2 and closes November 21, 2025. A full version of the RFI, including scope of services and other information, is available on https://www.heartlandwholehealth.org/research-advocacy/.
