The Little Rock Housing Authority (LRHA) invites interested parties to submit bids for the purchase of surplus lots located throughout the City of Little Rock. Lots will be available beginning November 17, 2025. All bids must be submitted in person at the LRHA Administrative Offices, 100 S. Arch Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201, and must include a $500.00 deposit. Bids are due no later than 2:00 p.m. CST on December 17, 202. The award will go to the highest eligible bidder. Successful bidders will have three (3) business days to remit full payment, or the award will be offered to the next highest eligible bidder.
