Invitation to Bid
Faulkner County New Maintenance Facility
1. TIME & PLACE:
Bid packages for the New Faulkner County Maintenance Building, 65 Acklin Gap Road, Conway, AR, are available for Trade Contractor proposals. Bid packages include FURNISH & INSTALL ALL MATERIALS FOR Epoxy Flooring, Canopies, Miscellaneous Rough Carpentry (misc. wood blocking including, but not limited to around windows, upper cabinets, toilet partitions, grab bars, mirrors, etc.) Supply & Install Hollow Metal Frames/Doors/Hardware, Supply & Install Miscellaneous Specialties (toilet partitions, grab bars, mirrors, fire extinguishers, etc.), and Raised Access Floor.
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 P.M. (CDT) on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at the Nabholz Construction office located at 612 Garland Street, Conway, AR and will be opened at the Faulkner County Judges office at 801 Locust Street, Conway, AR at 3:00 P.M. (CDT).
Sealed bid must be submitted on the bid form furnished in the Instructions for Bid documents. No electronic bids will be accepted. All bids will be received and taken under advisement. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bids received after the closing time will not be opened, reviewed or considered. Bids are on a lump sum basis.

2. EXAMINATION & PROCUREMENT OF DOCUMENTS:
Construction Documents are available to be obtained electronically at no cost by qualified bidders through Building Connected. Hard copies can be viewed at the Nabholz Conway office. Contact a project team member listed below to access documents.
3. BID REQUIREMENTS
Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid over $50,000.00, in accordance with the Instructions for Bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities. Bidder must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractor’s License Board before the bid proposal will be considered. The bid proposal and work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws, ordinances, and regulations.
Successful (Responsible) Bidders will Contract directly with Faulkner County. Applicable supporting documents are available through Building Connected.
