Digital Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained through the office of Hazen and
Sawyer at no cost. Inquiries should be directed to Mr. James Pflaum, P.E. at:

Electronic documents in PDF format will be provided at no charge to prospective Bidders. In
requesting Bidding Documents, prospective Bidders will be added to the list of Bidding
Document Holders.
With each request for Bidding Documents, provide the following information: company name;
contact person; street address; phone number; email address for the bidding point of contact;
North Carolina contractor license number, limitation, and classification; and whether the firm will
participate as a Prime Bidder, Supplier, or Subcontractor.
Bidding Documents will be considered received by the Bidder on the date they are transmitted
by the Issuing Office. The Issuing Office will not provide partial sets of Bidding Documents.
Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents,
including any addenda, obtained from a source other than the Issuing Office.
Each Bidder must be listed as a Bidding Document Plan Holder with the Issuing Office. Bids
submitted by firms not on the Plan Holders list will not be opened.
An Optional pre-Bid Conference will be held at 120 Kinderton Blvd, #100, Town of Bermuda
Run, NC 27006 on September 1, 2026 at 10am. A Site visit at selected locations will follow.
Questions must be submitted by September 4, 2026 at 5pm.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions
to Bidders and Specification 33 01 30.72 section 1.05.
