ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the construction of the Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrade Project will be received by The City of Lonoke at the Lonoke Mayor’s Office, 107 W Second St., Lonoke, AR 72086 until 2:00 PM local time on December 4, 2025 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of installing floating brush aerators and associated equipment at the Lonoke wastewater treatment facility.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.

All prime bidders are required to be registered on the Plan Holders List by purchasing and downloading the bid documents from the online plan room QuestCDN. The Quest Number for this project is 9957227 and the cost of the Contract Documents is $150. Addendums will be through the online plan room to prime bidders included on the Plan Holders List.
