You are invited to bid on “REF-FINISHING OF THE FRIENDS’ BOOK SALE ROOM’’ for EURKEA SPRINGS CARNEGIE LIBRARY, hereinafter termed Owner located at 194 Spring St, Eureka Springs, Arkansas, 72632. The Owner will receive bids until 10am CST, December 11, at the same location. Interested bidders are encouraged to attend a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting at the same location at 10am, CST, on December 4th. Plans are available at Southern Reprographics in Little Rock, 901 W. Third St, Little Rock, AR. Questions about the project should be addressed to the architect, Revival Architecture, Inc.
