Description

Seeking full equipment, labor, materials, accessories, and supplies necessary for Complete Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) services for The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System.



Technical Questions: All questions must be received in writing via email only. Questions should be sent to the Contract Specialist, Tiffany Lee-Franklin (Tiffany.Lee-Franklin@va.gov). Questions will only be accepted until October 24, 2025, at 12:00 PM CST. All responses to questions will be incorporated into a written amendment.



Submission of Quotes: Offerors shall submit their quotes in writing via email to the Contract Specialist, Tiffany Lee-Franklin (Tiffany.Lee-Franklin@va.gov) on or before October 31, 2025, at 4:00 PM CST. Exact forms must be used, any edits to forms to add logo or letterheads, etc. will not be accepted. Faxed or mailed submissions will not be accepted.



Note: Offers received after the due date and time shall not be considered for award.

The System for Award Management (SAM) may continue to require entities to complete representations based on provisions that are not included in agency solicitations. Examples include 52.222-25, Affirmative Action Compliance, and paragraph (d) of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Contracting officers will not consider these representations when making award decisions or enforce requirements. Entities are not required to, nor are they able to, update their entity registration to remove these representations in SAM.”
