Scope of Services
The City of Cocoa is seeking information from qualified vendors capable of performing maintenance services on four Kinetico CP216S water softener systems. The scope of work includes resin rebed services (removal, disposal, and replacement of resin), valve head cleaning (inspection, descaling, and lubrication), and seal/component replacement as needed to restore proper system performance.
Interested vendors should provide a capabilities statement, estimated timeframe to complete the work, copies of pertinent licenses/certifications/insurance, at least two references for similar projects, and company contact information. The City will review responses and may contact selected vendors to schedule a follow-up appointment.
