The Government is requesting that restrictive or proprietary markings not be used in response to this notice. THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE FOR THIS PROJECT IS 333310.
The Contracting Office at Grissom Air Reserve Base, IN is conducting market research to determine interest and capability of potential sources for an aircraft wash rack system to be placed in a hangar in accordance with the attached product specification. In addition to the supply of the wash rack system respondents shall advise as to their capability for removal of an existing system and installation of the new system. The response shall include an indication if the vendor is capable of removal and installation internally, does not offer such services or would partner with another firm to provide a complete project.
It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this RFI. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: Organization name, address, telephone number, point of contact & email. SAM Unique Entity Identification (UEI) number. Federal Supply Schedule #, if applicable. Business size for NAICS: 333310 (SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB, SB, Other, etc..). Web site address (if applicable). Narrative that describes capabilities. Any certification(s) for consideration. Would your organization propose on this contract as a prime contractor, prime contractor with subcontractor or another format?
The results of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 333310 with a small business size standard max of 1,500 employees. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide products or services consistent in scope and scale with those described in this notice and otherwise anticipated.
Drawings referenced in the Product Specification will not be provided as part of this Sources Sought Activity. They may be provided later as part of a follow-on solicitation or once the selected vendor has been selected.
BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES, SOLE SOURCED, OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION.
As this is a Sources Sought Notice only, we are only looking to determine source availability, and understanding any small business designations that the interested parties may have for their company. Based on this, a site visit will not be conducted for this notice. However, one may be conducted in the event we post a solicitation for this action.
