Media Buying Services

Project Description: City Colleges is soliciting proposals from vendors to provide services related to the planning, buying, administration, measuring, and reporting of media services on behalf of CCC. The responsibilities of the awarded party include the development of strategic media-placement campaigns; the leveraging of buying power with media outlets; the purchasing and administration of media space in a variety of mediums—including (but not limited to) print, radio, TV, and out-of-home, and digital (e.g., web, search, social media, email, mobile); the
collaboration with and presentation to relevant partners at City Colleges; and the measurement and reporting of activity and results.
