FY26 E-Rate Firewall Equipment

Project Description: The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to provide new Firewall Equipment, as listed in the attached Cost Sheet. We are asking for bids on both a one-year, two-year, and three-year options on the support and license subscription, though we will only be choosing one of these 3 options. Please give your best and final offer. Any mention of specific brands, equipment, part numbers, etc. is solely to establish minimum quality. Items other than specified must be equal to or superior to the provided specifications. Alpine School District reserves the right to be the sole determiner of product equivalence and compatibility. Vendors are required to participate in the E-Rate program and comply with all E-Rate regulations, including having a SPIN and filing a timely SPAC. Bid submissions that do not meet the requirements as set forth in the RFP documents will be deemed invalid and will not be considered for evaluation. All bids are due by Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 2:00 pm MST.
