The Bureau of Land Management, Utah State Office, intends to award a firm fixed price, sole-source purchase order to Two-Way Communications, Inc.

This requirement is for the outfitting of one (1) 2024 RAM 2500 crew cab pickup truck with a 6’ 4” bed. The Government will drop off and pick up the vehicle from the Contractor’s place of business, which shall be within a 150-mile radius of Moab, UT. The vehicle shall be upfitted with the new and supplied new equipment such as the bumpers, cage /cargo system, console/components, lights, gun locks, “blackout kit” and :15-minute console shutoff”.

The estimate Cost for this requirement is $8,220.00.

This action is under the authority of FAR 13.106-1, for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisitions threshold. The anticipated award date is 12/16/2024. The NAICS code for this procurement is 811111 General Automotive Repair Shop with a size standard of $9M. Please note that this is not a request for quotes. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit, in writing, complete information describing their ability to provide the requested material listed above. Deadline date for submittals is 12/12/2024 at 12:00 PM MT.

A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
