1.1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Town of Banff is seeking quotations from qualified contractors for the 2025 Sidewalk Repairs. This project will repair or replace concrete sidewalk panels at various locations to improve pedestrian safety and accessibility in accordance with the specifications provided.
Scope of Work includes:
• Removal and disposal of damaged sidewalk panels
• Subgrade preparation and placement of new Duramix concrete
• Jointing, curing, and finishing to Town specifications
• Restoration of adjacent surfaces (landscaping, sod, etc.)
