The Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protections (DATCP) is seeking bids for AH-AT-0051 – Animal Transport Vehicle Sticker as outlined in the attached documents.
LENGTH OF CONTRACT: The Contract will be for an initial one (1) year period effective April 21, 2025 through April 20, 2026 with 2 (two) additional automatic one (1)-year renewals. The contract will automatically renew unless notified, in writing, by the Contactor; or the State notifies the Contractor, in writing, 30 calendar days prior to expiration of the initial and/or succeeding Contract term(s). The maximum potential expiration date for this contract is April 20, 2028. QTY: 1,000 Size: 7” x 3-1/2” Ink: Black both sides with ORANGE label color or flood coated ORANGE (2/1) Sunfast Inks or equivalent or better; and protective liquid clear coat. ORANGE is specified for year 2026. No overlamination. Gloss clear-coat. Clear coated with a Coating Clear U10V or R101 or equivalent, which will guarantee surface exposure to the elements for a period of 18 months. A minimum dry thickness of .0004 inches (.4mil) should be obtained. FRONT SIDE: Label is “ORANGE” (background color) or flood coated in ORANGE. State outline, all text and numbering will be “BLACK” ink that is water and fade Resistant. BACK SIDE: Black ink only. Stock: Plastic film substrate (e.g., drum vinyl or other qualifying substrate) must have manufacturer product information indicating minimum application temperature of 15 degrees Fahrenheit or lower. Substrate needs a white printable liner/backer, and permanent adhesive suitable for commercial trucking conditions and range of travel. Expected performance life is 18 months or greater. PPG Teslin SP700-PR (BS5609-certified); or equivalent, or better. Finishing: Sequentially numbering two places, permanent decal with a clear laminate, vertical slit on label portion only at center to separate the left from the right. Starting number will be 0001 and ending with 1000. Numbering should be placed in the upper right corner. Size/font of numbering is 16 pt Arial. Label Usage: Adhesive is needed on the back. This sticker is applied to a vehicle. The back side printing is for information purposes only. Package: Shrink wrap in packages of 50, with a chipboard backer. See Artwork attached |
