Janitorial Services

Janitorial Services are requested for USCG Sector Delaware Bay. Services shall be performed twice weekly Tuesday and Thursday between the hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm at USCG Sector Delaware Bay, One Washington Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19147. To include the cleaning schedule for (10) bathroom spaces at approximately 2,700 sq ft to include toilets, urinals, shower stalls, sinks and floors in their entirety.

The requested Contract invlcudes: (1) base year, and exercised, (2) one-year option years. Please see the attached PWS perscribing further contract details.

SITE VISITS ARE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED ( Monday - Friday 8:00am - 2:00pm)

Quotes will only be accepted by e-mail and by the RFQ close date and time. SCA wage rates are applicable.

This will be a firm fixed price contract.
