Description


Division One: Sewer Lines
Approximately 3,300 L.F. of 8 inch sewer line (0-12¿), 1,000 LF 2-inch force main, 16 manholes, 19 sewer connections, stormwater monitoring, and all appurtenances associated with project construction. Time allotted for this work is 180 consecutive calendar days.
Division Two: Sewage Pump Station
Construction of a new sewage pump station including site work, wetwell, piping, fencing, access drive, electrical, pumps, painting, and all appurtenances. Time allotted for this work is 180 consecutive calendar days.

Absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States, as further outlined by the Office of Management and Budget¿s Memorandum M-22-11, Initial Implementation Guidance on Application of Buy America Preference in Federal Financial Assistance Programs for Infrastructure, April 18, 2022.
