An open pre-bid meeting, STRONGLY ENCOURAGED for all General Contractors interested in bidding, will be held at 10:00 am on April 16th, 2025 at the site in Apex, NC. Sub-contractor Visit to follow pre-bid meeting until 11:30 am. The meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms. The meeting is also to identify add alternates, as well as preferred brand alternates and their performance standards that the owner will consider for approval on this project. An additional Sub-contractor Visit will be available on April 24th from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, to show existing interior conditions.

Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00pm on May 8th, 2025 in the Conference Room of the Town of Apex Water Resources Administration, Building B at 105 B Upchurch Street, Apex, NC 27502 for the construction of the: Town of Apex Historic Tunstall House Renovation.
